FITFOO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully as these Terms constitute our legal contract with you. By booking classes or sessions with Fitfoo, you are confirming you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. Please also refer to these Terms from time to time as they may change (and we reserve the right to do so). References to “we”, “us” and/or “our” in these Terms and conditions is a reference to Fitfoo.   

 

Group Class Booking Policies (Applicable only to Fitfoo packages)

  • To attend a Group class, you must reserve a space. Bookings using Fitfoo packages must be made via your registered ‘Vibefam’ account. Your Vibefam account will be governed by our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

  • Bookings made via 3rd party platform such as Core Collective or Classpass would be subjected to the respective package booking policies.

  • All packages sold are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • For 10 & 20 session packages, you can share your package with 1 friend. Your friend will need to book classes via a registered 'Vibefam' account.

  • You can book classes 3 weeks in advance. All fees must be paid in full prior to booking your classes.

 

Waitlist

  • When a class is full, you can book yourself onto the waitlist. Students will be notified up to 12 hours before the start time of class.

 

Group Class Cancellation Policies (Applicable only to Fitfoo packages)

  • Clients can cancel class bookings at 12 hours in advance, without being charged.

  • Late cancellation and no-shows will be charge in full.

  • Instructors may be substituted without prior notice.

  • To request for wavier, please email to fitfoopilates@gmail.com and state your reason.

 

Private & Duo Sessions Booking Policies

  • All private & duo sessions would be scheduled by the Instructor.

  • Clients can cancel private bookings at 6 hours in advance, without being charged.

  • Late cancellation and no-shows will be charge in full.

 

Payment Methods

  • You can choose to pay via

1) Paynow to Fitfoo Studio no./UEN no. or

2) Credit card on the Vibefam app

  • Clients who pay via Paynow will be eligible for rewards. 

  • Our current prices and schedule are displayed online and may change from time to time. These will be notified online via website and social media.

 

Package Validity

  • 1st Trial credit are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • 5 and 10 sessions packages are valid for 3 months from the date first class booking.

  • 20 sessions packages are valid for 6 months from the date first class booking.

  • Clients with multiple packages will have extended validity.

  • There is a period of 60 days given for you to book your first class. After 60 days, if the package is not utilized, it will be expired.

  • To request for package extension, please email to fitfoopilates@gmail.com and state your reason.

 

Studio Etiquette

  • For hygiene purposes, socks are required for all reformer classes and privates. For safety, grip socks are highly recommended.

  • Shoes are required for TRX classes.

  • Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that allows you to move freely but is sufficiently form-fitting to allow your teacher to see your body alignment.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time of a Class. For all first timer group class participants, please arrive studio 10 mins before the start of class for the instructor to run through the setup of the machine.

  • If you are late for your class, you are only entitled to the remaining portion of the time slot you booked.

  • For your safety, please do not use the studio equipment without the instructor’s supervision.

  • Please turn off all mobile phones before your workout.

 

Health & Medical Conditions

  • You must notify your instructor if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions which may impact upon your ability to perform the exercises in our classes.

  • Our staff are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether clients are in good physical condition and/or that clients can engage in exercise without detriment to their health, safety, comfort, or physical condition. Clients are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program if they are in any doubt about their ability to engage in exercise.

  • When participating in our classes, do not overexert yourself. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.  You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition at any time.  If you are unwell, you should refrain from exercising or coming to the studio.

  • You acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in fitness activities and the use of exercise equipment in association with the Classes and use of the Facilities. You acknowledge that you do so at your own risk that we will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, the undertaking of any such exercise program given by our instructors.  

  • You acknowledge that our instructors may use tactile cueing and adjustment methods or make physical contact with you for correction purposes to ensure that Pilates practice is undertaken in accordance with Fitfoo Pilates’s best practice.

 

Security of Personal Belongings

  • Fitfoo Pilates is not responsible in any way for the safekeeping of your personal belongings that you bring into our Studios. As such, we strongly recommend that you store any personal belongings in the studio storage facilities provided for use for the duration of your visit.

Your Personal Information

  • Each account requires password protection, and the confidentiality of the password should be strictly maintained by each customer. You, as our customer, agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

  • You consent to receive communications from our studio electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notifications on the Website. You understand and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that our studio provides electronically, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  • Our studio reserves the right to use photos or videos captured during the classes for promotional purposes.

  • Each account requires password protection, and the confidentiality of the password should be strictly maintained by each customer. You, as our customer, agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
