Over the weekend, we hosted our Foundational Anatomy for Pilates workshop!

Led by a physiotherapist, participants explored key anatomical structures for Pilates and exercise. Through live demos and hands-on learning, everyone gained a better understanding of joint movements and muscle engagement.

Please wash your own cups and keep the studio tidy as my staff jamie & barb will need to clean after you.

Find me in a studio occasionally. I only work when i like it. Pls dun bring me treats. My doctor says i need to lose weight.

Meet Mei Mei! A former cabin crew member turned client relations expert, she’s passionate about Pilates and posture correction. Mei Mei believes in the power of Pilates to not only shape the body but also prevent injuries as we age.

Her love for Pilates is matched by her dedication to cardio and body combat workouts, which keep her energized both physically and mentally.

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay, Mei Mei connects with people from all walks of life, helping them achieve their fitness goals. Oh, and she’s also a proud “pawrent” to a Cavachonpoo! 🐾💖

Meet Mei Mei! A former cabin crew member turned client relations expert, she’s passionate about Pilates and posture correction. Mei Mei believes in the power of Pilates to not only shape the body but also prevent injuries as we age.

Her love for Pilates is matched by her dedication to cardio and body combat workouts, which keep her energized both physically and mentally.

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay, Mei Mei connects with people from all walks of life, helping them achieve their fitness goals. Oh, and she’s also a proud “pawrent” to a Cavachonpoo! 🐾💖
